suitable for commercial and industrial buildings. As well as our expertise in fabrication of all types of metal, we can also offer state of the art laser cutting and turret punching which lends itself nicely to converting sheet panels into punched patterns.

Judges Bay, Parnell -$5million Facilities Upgrade
HSM has been involved in fabricating the modern state of the art, toilet and changing room facilities at the beautiful Judges Bay in Parnell.
Our work also involved all the stainless handrails on the new jetty built in the bay.
The upgrade at Judges Bay also involved intensive stormwater improvements and resanding of the beach – it is a lovely park and beach area right in the heart of the city, so hopefully the people of Parnell and Auckland City will keep the facilities looking as good as they are right now. Worth a visit.
Wynyard Quarter Sculpture Installation
Recently, HSM has been involved in manufacturing and installing the Sounds of the Sea art sculpture installation at the exciting new waterfront development in The Wynyard Quarter. Designed by Aamu Song & Johan Olin from the renowned Finnish design business, COMPANY www.com-pa-ny.com. Based on a reinterpretation of the air ventilation funnels and speaking tubes used on ships, these stainless steel sculptures are designed for total interaction and play. Some of the funnels are large enough to climb into and sit in, others deliver the changing sound of the waves under the dock and the speaking tubes are great for amplifying voices from one funnel to the other. Judging from the crowds of children that have been clambering into them and yelling down them, they have been a great success.
